What role does the in-house laboratory play in quality control?
The internal laboratory is used for product research and development verification, production quality pre-inspection and abnormal investigation, and can carry out pre-inspection of formaldehyde migration, melamine migration and total migration, as well as oven, cooking, drop and household dishwasher tests.
Internal tests form a record and can be associated with products, orders, or production batches. The internal pre-inspection does not replace the formal compliance report of the third party; the external compliance conclusion shall be subject to the formal document issued by the third party institution with the corresponding qualification.
How to check the finished product, package and shipment?
