What is the difference between OEM, ODM and Private Label?
OEM: production according to customer requirements
Suitable for customers who already have brands, design drafts, product standards or clear procurement requirements. Hill organizes production according to the type, color, pattern, logo, packaging, quality requirements and target market confirmed by both parties.
ODM: Design and development by Hill
Suitable for customers who want to be jointly developed by suppliers. Hill can participate in product positioning, type selection, color design, package combination, packaging scheme and new type and mold development.
Private Label: Building a Customer Brand from an Existing Product
For brands, importers, retailers and e-commerce customers looking to shorten development cycles and control first order testing costs. Customers can choose from existing products or from stock, and then customize the color, logo, brand information, combination and packaging.

Children's melamine tableware

Children's Silicone Tableware
Silicone products currently support product color change and custom packaging. The ability to customize the paper, shape, surface effect and thickness or weight of melamine products cannot be directly applied to silicone products.

Changes in shape, thickness or weight usually cannot be done directly on the original mold and require modification of the mold or development of a new mold. Anti-slip painting, laser engraving and UV DTF crystal transfer label are special treatments that do not change the original mold, but still need to be confirmed according to the product, location and use requirements.
How to realize the flower paper, Logo and surface effect?

The interior of Hill can be completed with flower paper pattern design, printing, dipping or gluing, drying, cutting and positioning, secondary hot pressing decals and overpainting. Supports interior decals, exterior decals, interior and exterior double-sided decals, multi-sided decals, full decals, edge and partial decals.
The customer can provide a complete design draft, as well as brand direction, reference patterns or visual requirements, and Hill will assist in completing the flower paper design suitable for the product type and production process.
Product color
The color can be confirmed according to the Pantone/PMS color number, customer's physical color sample or Hill's existing color plate. Make color samples according to project needs before formal production.
Logo and brand identity
Logo can be integrated into flower paper, laser engraving, mold bottom label, UV DTF crystal transfer label can also be used, and brand information can be presented in packaging, barcode labels and instructions.
The bottom mark of the mold is located on the mold, and the replacement content needs to replace the bottom mark of the mold. After the crystal label is pasted, the transparent transfer film is torn off, leaving only raised pictures and texts on the surface of the product. It is suitable for decoration of non-food contact surfaces or short-term brand presentation, and is not used as a permanent Logo scheme.
Surface and functional treatment
Bright, matte, oiled and tanning are formed by the mold surface. Sun lines are used to texture the surface of the mold during the development of a new mold to make the finished product feel concave and convex.
Non-slip spray paint is usually used on the non-food contact surface of the bottom of the tray or tableware. Specific coatings, colors and applicable products are identified by project.
Do you support small batch trial sales and spot purchases?
You can. Hill currently has 2,000 SKUs in stock. When customers do not need to customize, they can directly select products according to actual inventory; after meeting the spot conditions and the order information is confirmed, it will be issued within 2 days at the earliest.
For the first single trial sales project that adopts the existing model, only modifies the pattern color or integrates the Logo into the flower paper, the routine can be fromOne type, one color 100A minimum order. Under special circumstances, two colors can be adopted for the same type of device. The final MOQ is subject to the product, flower paper, packaging and production arrangement.
New models, new molds and complex packaging items are not directly applicable to the 100 MOQ and need to be evaluated separately. Spot inventory, specific styles and marketable markets also need to be confirmed before placing an order.
How to develop new products and customer-specific molds?
Provide 3D files in STP format
When the customer has a complete 3D design, STP files can be provided to enter the structural evaluation, mold design and proofing process.
Provide physical products
Customers can provide physical objects, and Hill can complete product drawings and 3D modeling according to the physical objects.
Provide dimensions and plan
When there is no complete 3D file, dimensions and floor plans can be provided, and Hill will complete the product and model design from scratch.
Hill can complete product and mold design, 3D modeling, rendering and 3D printing verification. After design confirmation, it enters into professional mold manufacturing, mold testing, sample confirmation and mass production. The shape, thickness, weight, and surface effects of the mold, such as bright, matte, oil mist or sun grain, need to be confirmed during the mold development stage.
Mold fee is required before opening the mold. After the customer pays the mold fee, the mold, as the customer's exclusive mold, is kept by Hill on behalf of the custody, currently does not set a unified custody period.
What packaging and retail display solutions can be customized?
Hill can develop packaging based on products, sets, shipping methods, retail channels, and brand vision. Customers can provide complete packaging design, or Hill can assist in the design according to brand information, product size and channel requirements.

At the beginning of the project, it is recommended to state the product type, expected quantity, target market, whether stock or customization is required, brand and pattern requirements, and packaging direction. Hill will confirm MOQ, cost, samples and delivery dates based on project complexity.
How to determine the sample and delivery date?
Can provide existing product samples, custom color samples, flower paper samples, packaging samples and new mold samples. Different samples have different production methods and costs, which need to be confirmed by project.
Eligible projects can be completed within 3 days at the earliest.
After all the means of production are confirmed and the deposit is received, the bulk goods will be completed within 7 days at the earliest.
The order information will be sent within 2 days after confirmation.
New tooling, complex packaging, authorized IP, third-party testing, special materials or large volume orders need to be evaluated separately. The above time is the fastest response time for eligible items and is not a fixed delivery commitment for all orders.
What do I need to confirm to authorize IP customization?
Hill can evaluate the customer's own IP, the customer's authorized IP, and the cooperation projects within Hill's authorized scope, but the authorized IP cannot be used as a common pattern library that can be directly used by all customers.
Each authorized project needs to verify the source of IP rights, authorized area, sales channel, product range, authorization validity period, and the scope of public promotion and packaging use. Only after the project authorization conditions are matched and the necessary documents are confirmed, can the design, proofing and production be entered.

Some of the first single trial sales items that adopt the existing device type, only modify the pattern color or incorporate Logo into the flower paper are conventionally one device type and one pattern 100 pieces. New molds, complex packaging and other processes are confirmed by project.
What can be customized silicone tableware?
Children's silicone tableware currently supports product color change and custom packaging, and does not directly provide melamine floral paper, device type, surface effect or thickness weight customization.
Can I change the type, thickness or weight without opening a new mold?
Usually not. Changes in type, thickness and weight generally require modification of molds or development of new molds. Special treatments such as non-slip spray paint, laser engraving and UV DTF crystal transfer label do not change the original mold.
Can new product models be developed?
You can. Customers can provide STP files, physical objects, or size plus floor plans. Hill can complete design, 3D modeling, rendering and 3D printing verification, and then enter mold manufacturing and mold testing.
Who uses the mold paid by the customer?
After the customer pays the mold fee, the mold acts as the customer's exclusive mold and is kept by Hill on his behalf.
Can you make samples first?
You can. Samples include existing samples, color samples, flower patterns, packaging samples and new mold samples, and the cost and cycle of different samples are confirmed separately. Color samples and flower patterns can be completed within 3 days at the earliest.
Can I directly use Hill's existing authorized IP?
It cannot be used directly by default. Authorized IP needs to confirm the authorized area, sales channel, product range and validity period on a project-by-project basis, and cooperate only after meeting the authorization conditions.
