How to choose the common Logo process of melamine products?
Flora Logo
The Logo is integrated into the flower paper pattern and presented by the secondary hot pressing decal. It is suitable for unified design with color, and is also a common brand scheme in existing OEM.
laser engraving
The engraved logo shall be formed at the appropriate position without changing the product type, but it shall be confirmed according to the material, position, color and visual effect.
Mold bottom mark
Logo or text is formed at the bottom of the mold, suitable for relatively fixed, long-term use of brand information. The replacement content needs to replace the corresponding mold bottom mark.
UV DTF Crystal Transfer Label
After bonding, the transparent transfer film is torn off, leaving only raised pictures and texts, which are suitable for decoration of non-food contact surfaces or short-term brand presentation, not as a permanent Logo scheme.
Where can I put the logo?
The decal Logo can be designed on the inner and outer surfaces of the dinner plate or bowl according to the type of device, but it must be confirmed in combination with the decal process and the target market requirements. Laser engraving, non-slip paint logos and crystal markers are usually arranged on non-food contact surfaces such as trays or the bottom of tableware. The mold bottom marker is located in the mold identification area at the bottom of the product.
Packaging boxes, barcode labels, instructions, display boxes, and PDQs can also present brand information. The product logo and packaging brand information should use the same set of customer-confirmed name, graphics, language and rights information.
What documents and confirmations are required for Logo customization?
Provide editable vector Logo files, or clear, traceable brand identification information;
A description of the desired product, location, size, color and orientation;
Identify sales markets, channels, packaging language and compliance requirements;
According to the process of making flower patterns, carving samples, packaging samples or other solid samples;
Confirmation samples and production documents are used as the basis for mass production.
When a third-party trademark, role image or authorized IP is involved, the source and scope of rights need to be verified first, and the pictures provided by the customer cannot be directly put into production.
How to judge the durability and applicability?
Flora Logo
It enters the production process together with the flower paper pattern, which is suitable for projects that require the integration of pattern and brand. The actual color and position shall be subject to the confirmation sample.
Mold bottom mark
It is suitable for relatively stable brand or product information, but the replacement content involves the adjustment of the bottom mark of the mold, and the continuous use cycle should be considered.
Crystal Mark
It is mainly used for decoration and short-term presentation of non-food contact surfaces. It should be stated in advance that it is not a permanent solution, and it should be evaluated according to actual use and clean environment.

Can I only customize the Logo without changing the color?
Can be evaluated according to the product and Logo process. Flower paper Logo, laser engraving, mold bottom mark or crystal mark applicable conditions are different.
Can the crystal label be attached to the food contact surface?
Not recommended. The scheme is positioned as a decorative use for non-food contact surfaces and is not intended as a permanent logo scheme.
Do I need to reopen the whole set of molds to replace the bottom mark of the mold?
Usually for the corresponding mold bottom standard replacement, but the specific structure and cost according to the existing mold confirmation.
