Spot Purchase
When no customization is required, it can be purchased directly according to the current inventory. Inventory, quantity, color and available market are dynamic information and should be confirmed item by item before placing an order.
What can existing OEMs customize?

Support product color, flower paper pattern, flower paper Logo, package combination, barcode and description information and packaging scheme customization. Laser engraving, UV DTF crystal transfer label and anti-slip spray paint at the bottom of the product can be confirmed separately according to the product, location and use conditions.
Children's Silicone Tableware
Currently, it mainly supports product color change and customized packaging. The floral paper, thickness, shape and surface effect of melamine products cannot be directly applied to silicone products.
Modifications that require a new mold
The type, thickness or weight grade adjustment cannot usually be realized directly on the original mold. It is necessary to modify the mold or develop a new mold, and separately confirm the mold fee, sample and production cycle.
What do I need to offer to start an OEM project?
Target product, usage scenario, expected quantity and sales market;
Brand name, logo file, pattern or design direction;
Color standard, which can use Pantone/PMS color number, physical color sample or existing color plate;
Package combinations, packaging forms, labeling and bar code requirements;
Testing, labeling, language and other compliance requirements of the target market.
When the information is incomplete, reference pictures, brand direction and target price can also be provided first, and Shall will assist in narrowing down the selection range of device type, process and packaging.
How does an OEM project go from confirmation to shipment?
The common process is: demand communication → recommendation of existing products and models → quotation and project boundary confirmation → color, flower paper or packaging proofing → sample confirmation → mass production → quality inspection → arrangement of third-party inspection as required → export and document coordination.
When it comes to authorized IP, new mold, special packaging or target market testing, rights verification, mold verification, packaging samples or third-party testing will be added at the corresponding node. The final plan, MOQ and delivery date shall be subject to the specific project confirmation form.
OEM FAQ
Is it possible to change patterns and brands only on existing products?
You can. The existing model is matched with the new flower paper pattern, flower paper Logo and customized packaging, which is a common OEM or Private Label method.
Can the existing mold directly change the thickness or weight?
Usually not. Changes in thickness, weight and mold type may require modification or new mold opening, and structural and process evaluation should be carried out first.
Can you test the market with spot first?
Products can be selected based on current available inventory. Spot color, quantity, channel and target market need to be confirmed before placing an order.
