Both SHALL/Shall and VCocoa/Weike are operated by Taizhou Shall Household Products Co., Ltd. The two brands share the company's design, product development, manufacturing, quality management and OEM/ODM service systems, while planning product portfolios, model details and color systems for different regions, channels and customer groups.
SHALL | Company Major Brands
SHALL/Shall is the company's main brand, continuing the company's direction of design-driven melamine product development and manufacturing. Brand products cover hotel and catering melamine tableware, children's melamine tableware, melamine household goods, as well as household and outdoor melamine tableware.
Shall provides existing product selection, private brand cooperation and customized development support for brand customers, importers, wholesalers, catering and hotel projects, hotel supplies distributors, supermarket retail, e-commerce and gift channels.
VCocoa/Vicoco | Brands for Different Channels
VCocoa/Vico is a sub-brand of Shall Company, initially used to supplement the product selection of household products in different regions and customer groups, and then gradually expanded to melamine tableware for hotels and catering, household and children's tableware, as well as household products such as trays and fruit plates.
VCocoa and SHALL share the company's R & D, manufacturing and quality management capabilities, but are not considered to be the same interchangeable catalog. In actual cooperation, specific products should be confirmed according to brand, article number and current product information.
Are SHALL and VCocoa products the same?
The two brands can cover similar product categories, but the product mix, type details, color and mold system are managed separately. Even if the product name, nominal size or appearance is close, it does not mean that they use the same mold or can be directly replaced.
In order to avoid the deviation of product selection, quotation, proofing and production information, it is recommended to provide brand name, product picture, article number or target specification at the same time.
How to distinguish between private label, OEM and ODM?
SHALL and VCocoa are the company's own brands. OEM projects are produced under the customer's brand, while ODM projects can further provide services such as product design, shape and mold development, color and flower paper design, logo, package combination and packaging design.
Customer brands, authorized products and customized projects are managed separately from the company's own brand. Relevant names, logos and project materials will not be publicly displayed as Company's own brand content without the permission of the customer or the right party.

Different markets, channels and projects have different requirements for product types, colors, packaging, compliance information and order methods. We will combine the customer's target market, sales channels, usage scenarios and project needs to help identify more appropriate brands, products and cooperation methods.
